Care Guide

At SLICE TOWN, we believe your clothing should last as long as your best drives. Caring for your apparel is simple when you treat each fabric with the respect. Follow these steps to maintain the quality, comfort, and style of your favorite pieces.

Cotton

Cotton is natural, breathable, and grows softer with time when properly cared for. A little attention goes a long way.

Washing
Use a gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water to prevent shrinking or unnecessary wear. Avoid overloading your machine; cotton needs space to breathe. Wash inside out.
Drying
Air drying is always best for maintaining the fabric’s integrity. If using a dryer, opt for a low-heat setting to prevent shrinkage or weakening of fibers. Remove promptly to minimize creases.
Ironing
For a polished look, iron on medium heat while the garment is slightly damp. If dry, use a steam setting to release wrinkles easily. Do not iron screen printed graphics.
Storage
Store your cotton garments folded to avoid unnecessary stretching. Keep them in a cool, dry place to prevent discoloration or mildew.

Polyester

Polyester is a resilient and low-maintenance fabric that stands up to active days on the course and casual evenings alike.

Washing
Wash on a cold, gentle cycle with similar colors. Avoid fabric softeners—they can coat the fibers and reduce moisture-wicking properties. Wash inside out.
Drying
Polyester dries quickly, so air drying is ideal. Do not tumble dry.
Ironing
While polyester resists wrinkles, you can use a low-heat iron if needed. Place a pressing cloth between the fabric and the iron to avoid damage.
Storage
Hang or fold your polyester pieces to maintain their shape. Ensure they’re stored in a dry environment to prevent odor buildup.

A few final tips

  • Wash your cotton and polyester items with similar fabrics to avoid pilling or damage.
  • Spot clean stains promptly to avoid setting.
  • Use mild, eco-friendly detergents to protect both your clothing and the environment.

Your clothes are crafted to perform and look great, both on and off the course. With thoughtful care, they’ll stay with you for many rounds to come.
